Dynes is one of the most central neighbourhoods in South Central Burlington.

It is situated close to the Appleby GO Station and highways, which makes it perfect for commuters.

Most of the homes in the area were built in the early ’70s and are typical for the decade – detached homes that are either split levels, raised ranches or bungalows.

Besides the Burlington Mall, there are several plazas located on all sides of this area with coffee shops, restaurants, banks, convenience stores and other retailers easily within walking distance.
